Qualifications
Requirements
A federal background check and drug screen will be conducted prior to employment. Applicants cannot have any Felony Charges, Drug Charges, Violence Charges, etc.. on their background to be considered for employment. Applicants must also be 19 years or older to be considered for our positions. Nighthawk Security requires that all employees have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license. Employees are expected to be at work and be on time.
Interview Process
Once an applicant has been screened on the phone and set up for a face-to-face interview, they will have to show up for the scheduled face-to-face interview for further consideration.
These face-to-face interviews will take 3-6 hours pending on how many are present for their interview. If hired, there is a New Hire Orientation conducted the same day along with the new employee being sized and fitted for their uniforms. Uniforms are usually issued on the same day.
Training
Nighthawk Security provides Paid Training to employees. Prior to being set up for training, employees will have the schedule for the location and the training schedule discussed and agreed upon to ensure employee happiness.
Nighthawk Security has a Trainer present and conducting the training for the employee, once training is completed and verified, the employee will be moved to a normal schedule and no longer be on a training schedule. This ensures the employee is set up for success in their new position.
