Heath Eric with The Eric Group added, “For Rock the DAM Fest 2022, we are going back to the essence and inspiration for the event, bringing in multiple well-known bands from the ‘80s era that deliver incredible, hard-rocking, entertaining, and exciting shows. Stephen Pearcy, the Voice of RATT, with his new band playing all the RATT hits and more, headlines in 2022. Quiet Riot, with original member Rudy Sarzo, recently began touring again and are at the top of their game. Fan-favorites KIX and BulletBoys (all-original members), round out the lineup. This is guaranteed to be a night of killer ‘80s rock and good times for all.”

As the founder, lead singer, and songwriter of the metal rock band RATT, Stephen Pearcy is credited as a pioneer of the early 80's Sunset Strip Rock scene. Pearcy formed RATT in Los Angeles in 1982 from his previous band Mickey RATT. The band quickly become known for their overtly sexual appearance, rebellious attitude, and take-no-prisoner approach to metal. Atlantic Records recognized RATT’s potential and star power, signing the band to a contract that produced the 1984 album, Out of the Cellar. The record was the first of many multi-platinum successes. Out of the Cellar climbed the charts with hit singles that soared past Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy,” Van Halen’s “Panama,” Madonna’s “Borderline,” and David Bowies “Blue Jean.” The album generated top ten singles followed by sold out tours throughout the world. From 1984 through 1991, Pearcy led his creation to great heights and received critical acclaim for his performances, style, and salacious vocals on hits that included: “Round and Round,” “Lay it Down,” “Wanted Man,” “You’re in Love,” “Way Cool Jr.,” and many more.

QUIET RIOT is a rock & roll phenomenon. Famously described as the first heavy metal band to top the pop chart at #1 on Billboard magazine, the Los Angeles quartet became an overnight sensation thanks to their monster 1983 smash album Metal Health. Legendary bassist and Metal Health founding member Rudy Sarzo has returned to the band after almost a 20 year absence. Per the wishes of Frankie Banali, who passed away in 2020, and the Banali estate, QUIET RIOT continues its historic journey in 2022. The lineup includes Sarzo on bass, guitarist Alex Grossi, vocalist Jizzy Pearl and Type O Negative drummer Johnny Kelly. QUIET RIOT rocks just as hard now as they did back in the ‘80s with hits that include: “Cum On Feel the Noize,” “Bang Your Head (Metal Health),” “Mama Weer All Crazee Now,” and more.

The people know what's best. Platinum-selling, hard rock icons KIX heed the audience's call. At every live show, and with every new release, KIX raises the bar higher – not only for themselves, but also for their rock band peers. Steve Whiteman [vocals], Brian "Damage" Forsythe [guitar], Ronnie "10/10" Younkins [guitar], Jimmy "Chocolate" Chalfant [drums] and Mark Schenker [bass] continue to deliver their signature brand of raucous, roaring, and real rock 'n' roll.

KIX was founded in 1978 in Hagerstown, Maryland, and after slugging it out as a local band, they were signed to Atlantic Records in 1981. Their self-titled debut album was released the same year, and featured concert-favorites like “The Itch,” “Heartache,” and traditional KIX show- closer “Yeah, Yeah, Yeah.” Their second album, Cool Kids yielded “Body Talk,” and the ballad, “For Shame.” KIX then partnered with producer Beau Hill (Ratt, Warrant) to create the powerhouse album Midnite Dynamite, released in 1985, which yielded another concert favorite, “Cold Shower.”

When the members of KIX traveled to Los Angeles in early 1988 to begin recording Blow My Fuse, they knew that the album could make or break the band. And sure enough, upon its release in September of 1988, Blow My Fuse outperformed its predecessors. A video for the song “Cold Blood” dominated MTV’s popular “Dial MTV” program for so long that the network was forced to change the show’s rules to knock KIX out of the top slot. “We had diehard fans who felt that our success was long overdue,” says Whiteman. “They all felt compelled to call in and vote every damn day.”

Blow My Fuse was certified Gold. Then, “Don’t Close Your Eyes” was released, and it peaked at #11 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, propelling the album to platinum status. Blow My Fuse cemented KIX as one of the Eighties’ preeminent hard rock acts.

BULLETBOYS formed in 1988 at the peak of the Los Angeles Glam-Metal movement. As a collection of talented musicians, they were able to quickly capture the attention of music fans around the world. Unlike other rockers of the day, the BULLETBOYS possesses more hard-rock-blues fusion than pure hair metal. Thanks to comparisons to the likes of Aerosmith and Van Halen, talent scouts came running and the band quickly received their first major-label contract. Their self-titled debut in 1988, via Warner Bros., spawned two hit singles - a cover of the O’Jays classic, “For the Love of Money,” and “Smooth Up In Ya.” Both singles charted on the Mainstream Rock Chart and saw regular airplay on MTV. Fast forward to 2021 and the BULLETBOYS are back with all original members Mark Torien, Mick Sweda, Lonnie Vincent, and Jimmy D’anda.
