Responsibilities
- Direct, control and coordinate shift operations
- Interviewing, hiring and orientating new employees
- Train and develop Team Members
- Manages inventory/waste and labor controls
- Cash management, count drawers, and bank deposits
- Profit and Loss analysis
- Evaluate Team Member performance
- Other duties as assigned
- Leads team of 30 or more team members and managers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of general management experience required; food service/restaurant experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Basic Computer Skills
