Stock Clerk Supervisor

Responsibilities

Data entry of supplies used, printing re-stock reports, and assist Stock Clerks as needed. Making sure all shipments are received in the computer system with any discrepancies reported to the department manager. Process invoices and send to Accounts Payable. Assign purchase orders as needed. Place orders for stock items for the hospital and off-site facilities. Maintain departmental functions and procedures during the manager's absence, abiding by the hospital and departmental policies. Annual inventory. Other duties are deemed necessary by the manager and always assist other departments, employees, and patients if needed.
