Responsibilities
Must have good attendance and punctuality! Lift boxes (up to 35 pounds) and work pieces manually, secure work piece in fixture. Start machine, engages feed, and manually operate machine. Inspect and measure manufactured work pieces to verify conformance to specifications as required. Perform duties in compliance with set procedures. Maintain good housekeeping practices at assigned workstation, restroom, and lunchroom. Maintain and complete necessary reporting. Communicate all abnormal situations to Team Leader, Quality Assurance, or Quality Manager. Perform sample inspection, and testing of parts, components, and materials as needed to determine conformance to standards. Adjust work schedule to meet production, able to work overtime. Suggest changes in use of equipment to increase efficiency.
