- We will provide an experienced “Residential Painter” the opportunity to run your own crew and do what you are already great at doing.
- We supply marketing/advertising; customer support and communication/coordination/scheduling; estimates and proposals; and the jobs.
- We pay you on a per-job basis using highly attractive and competitive pricing. You can positively influence your compensation even higher based on your productivity.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting
- Set up and clean up at the job sites
- Prime and paint surfaces with quality paint to ensure a uniform finish
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Create and maintains positive communication with customers
- Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Inspect work for the highest quality
- Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- All equipment/supplies: brushes, drop cloths, vehicles, etc.
- 2-4 years of professional painting experience
- Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented
- Must have Insurance
